Who this course is for
This course is for managers, supervisors, and team leaders to learn how to carry out discipline and grievance processes appropriately.
What you will learn
On this participative workshop you will:
- Practice our approach to discipline and grievance situations using scenarios.
- Examine the behaviours required as a manager when dealing with these issues.
- Examine the different question types and questioning skills.
How the course is delivered
A blended approach to delivery, which includes a combination of:
- a trainer-led online workshop
- interactive e-learning
- group work activities.
The workshop is delivered online through MS Teams and takes two hours to complete.
Before you attend the workshop
The disciplinary procedures and grievance procedures are not covered in the workshop, so you must complete both of the elearning modules before you can attend the workshop:
- The Disciplinary Process (on iLearn)
- The Grievance Process (on iLearn)
You will only be considered to have completed this course, once you have completed both the elearning and the online workshop.

- Thursday 11 May 2023, 10am to 12noon
- Tuesday 20 June 2023, 10am to 12noon
