Course Outline

This e-learning course is designed to help line managers refresh, and reflect on how Our Values are demonstrated, techniques for positive reinforcement, and taking action when they are not being lived.

Course Objectives

This online course will help you to:

  • Recognise the impact you have on Our Values as a leader
  • Reflect on examples of Our Values in your teams
  • Consider what stops us giving constructive feedback
  • Explore ways to provide feedback with different scenarios.
