Course Outline

In any workplace there will be many different experiences and perspectives as we each see the world in a different way. This diversity of experience and thinking is a good thing, but it can sometimes lead to misunderstanding and conflict.

It's important to tackle workplace conflict head on at an early stage, or it's likely to escalate.

This e-learning course looks at recognising, preventing and managing conflict effectively when it does arise.
