Course Objectives

This e-learning course will help you to:

• Explore the importance of good communication in the workplace and the impacts
• Distinguish data from information, and how to present complex information
• Know who your audience is, and tailoring messages
• Communicate sensitive and difficult messages.

On-line Workshop Duration Available on Demand

A 2 hour Communication Skills for Managers online Workshop is available to attend, subject to demand.

The purpose of this Workshop is to provide you with a safe space to reflect and practice your communication skills as a manager. 

You must complete the Communication Skills for Managers e-learning module before you submit a nomination form. You will not be added to the waiting list or invited to attend a workshop until you have completed this e-learning module.

Once you have completed the e-learning course, if you would like to register your interest in attending a workshop, please complete the Course Nomination Form and you will be added to our waiting list.
