What Neighbourhood Services can help with, how to contact them, other housing related services.

Our housing neighbourhood offices are closed just now but we can still help with:

  • issuing new rent payment cards
  • setting up direct debits
  • rent arrears
  • investigating noise nuisance
  • advising on benefits
  • addressing antisocial behaviour
  • Housing Application Enquiries
  • telling us about tenancy changes (including anyone moving in or out  of your household)
  • telling us about a change in your circumstances
  • applying for a Discretionary Housing Payment (DHP).

Call us on 0300 300 0222 or email your local housing office:

Let us know if you require information to be sent to you in another format; for example Braille, large print or tape/CD, or if you require information to be provided in another language.
