Renfrewshire Resident Survey
About the Renfrewshire Resident Survey, how to take the survey, and what happens next.
About the Renfrewshire Resident Survey
This survey is about how you feel about the place where you live, the services the council provides and about some changes that could be made to services in the future.
The answers you give will help us identify which services residents want to prioritise and inform future spending decisions.
The survey is being conducted by Research Resource on behalf of Renfrewshire Council.
How to take the survey
A representative sample population of Renfrewshire residents have been selected at random to receive a telephone survey interview.
If you were chosen, you will have received a letter notifying you and will shortly receive a telephone call from an interviewer. We would greatly appreciate if you take the time to complete the telephone interview. Follow-up focus groups will also take place in August to explore key themes from the research.
You can also take the Renfrewshire Resident Survey by answering questions online.
The survey is anonymous and you cannot be identified by any data you provide about yourself.
Please only complete the survey if you live in Renfrewshire and only complete it once to give the views of your household.
Paper surveys are available in Renfrewshire libraries if you would prefer to respond in this way.
We are committed to ensuring everyone can access the survey and are happy to consider requests for other formats and languages. Please email marketinganddesign@renfrewshire.gov.uk with your request.
The survey will close on Friday 6 June 2025.
What happens next
Survey findings will be considered by council officers and local councillors, with a summary report made available on the council website later this year.
