What the consultation is
This consultation is for parents and carers of pupils who attend or due to attend Trinity High school in Renfrew.
We’re looking for your feedback on proposals to invest in education provision, including a new Trinity High School.
There are 3 possible locations for a new Trinity High School:
- King George V (KGV) Playing Fields in Renfrew
- East Craigend in Erskine
- Barwood in Erskine.
For KGV, we are also considering how a new Trinity High School could support the future development of a new Renfrew High School using shared facilities.
Why we’re consulting
These proposals aim to improve learning environments, support better outcomes for children and young people, and ensure school provision meets future needs.
We want to gather views from parents, carers, pupils, staff and the wider community to help inform the next stage of planning.
Councillors will be asked to agree a preferred option for each project next year, and your views will help us decide what that should be.
