Ways to pay

We offer many easy ways for you to pay your sundry income invoice. We can also give you advice on how and where to pay your bills.

Payment can be made by phoning our Customer Service Unit on 0300 300 0300 (lines open Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am to 3.55pm) and use any UK bank or building society debit or credit card. Outwith these hours select the option for automated payments and you will be transferred. 

You can visit one of our collection offices, and the following libraries/community centres have self service payment kiosks:

• Ferguslie Park Library
• Glenburn Library
• Foxbar Library
• Gallowhill Community Centre
• Johnstone Castle Community Centre

Online payments

You can pay online using any UK bank or building society credit or debit card.

Credit / debit cards (Maestro / Visa)

Payment can be made in person at our offices or by telephoning 0300 300 0300, Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am to 3.55pm. 

PayPoint

Pay with your payment card or current sundry income invoice at any outlet displaying the PayPoint sign.

Personal payment at Collection Offices

Payment can be made in person at our offices or by telephoning 0300 300 0300, Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am to 3.55pm.

By post

Cheques and postal orders

These should be crossed 'A/C Payee Only' and made payable to 'Renfrewshire Council. If you pay at the Post Office, make sure your payment is made payable to 'Post Office Ltd'.

Post Office

You can make payment at any UK Post Office using your sundry income invoice or your payment card.
