The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC)

We deliver a broad range of activity to improve children's rights in Renfrewshire.

This is part of our commitment to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).

The UNCRC sets out the human rights of every person under the age of 18. It is the most complete statement on children's rights treaty in history.

We have a duty to report on the steps we have taken to improve children's rights and move towards the requirements of the UNCRC.

You can find out more about children and human rights on the United Nations website.
