Tenants Scrutiny Panel
Our Tenants Scrutiny Panel (TSP) was set-up during 2013 to help provide another channel for tenant involvement and a way for tenants to examine and evaluate our performance in specific service areas.
In this time, the panel have looked at several areas of the Housing Service provided by Communities, Housing and Planning Services (CHAPS), which are:
- Report on first year tenancy sustained report 2018
- Assessment of customer services for tenants 2016
- Report on letting standards 2014
