How the Team Up to Clean Up caddies started
Taking advantage of our intrapreneur programme The Lens, volunteer and one of our Senior Wardens Gail Scoular pitched her idea for the creation of community caddies which will give residents the tools to carry out clean ups across Renfrewshire - be it a litter pick, hedge cutting or trimming trees.
Her fellow colleagues formed the judging panel and she won £12,000 in funding to create the caddies to be given to community groups across the area as part of the Team Up to Clean Up campaign
Gail's desire to make a difference is inspiring and we're delighted her idea has now come to fruition.
