Timescale for building warrant applications

As part of a wide ranging commitment to improving customer experience we aim to respond to the majority of all valid building warrant applications within 20 working days. 

If we do not achieve this initial 20 working day target we will inform you of our failure to do so and we will commit to responding within a further 15 working days.  

In the unlikely event that we should fail to respond to your application within 35 working days of the submission of a valid building warrant application you have the right to request resolution to this matter.
