You can use our online form to report these issues online:

Road faults
Road faults you can report online include issues with:

- street drainage
- traffic signs
- traffic signals
- street furniture
- street name plates
- roads and footway flooding.
Street lighting faults
Street lighting faults you can report online include issues with:
- light not lit
- light always on
- damage to lighting column
- exposed wiring / door off
- unsecure lantern
- illuminated bollard
- zebra crossing
- illuminated sign
- LED lighting.
For street lighting faults, we'll ask you for the reference number on the side of the lighting column.
Other road issues
