Riverbrae Early Learning and Childcare Centre praised following inspection

Nursery staff and children hold their hands in the air in celebration.

Riverbrae Early Learning and Childcare Centre received top grades in a recent inspection.

The ASN nursery received a Very Good for both Leadership and Support for Children to Achieve. Play and Learning was graded as Good.

The strong leadership and teamwork within Riverbrae were praised. Inspectors said the team have a culture of continuous improvement. This has led to high-quality practice in the nursery.

Children are thriving through the play and creative experiences available. The nurturing and inclusive environment of the nursery supports children's learning. They develop confidence, independence and key early learning skills.

Staff are knowledgeable and continuously learn. The team have effective planning and transitions in place that support wellbeing.

Nurseries across Scotland are inspected by the Care Inspectorate. High-quality learning opportunities and safety of children are assessed during visits.
