STAR Project Summer of Fun

The STAR Project, Paisley, will provide a Summer of Fun programme of free activities including:

• breakfast clubs
• outdoor summer trips for families
• “Take Make and Go” healthy lunch workshops - this supports families by providing healthy lunch ingredients and simple meal preparation ideas that can be made at home and taken along on trips
• sensory-inclusive creative activities
• outdoor wellbeing activities
• family engagement opportunities.

The programme will run between 1 July and 31 July 2026

Breakfast clubs and summer drop-in sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10am to 12pm (no booking required).

Family trips will take place Tuesday to Thursday at various times (booking required):

• trip 1: Finlayson Country Estate on 2 July (booking deadline 25 June)
• trip 2: Blair Drummond on 9 July (booking deadline 25 June)
• trip 3: Portobello Beach on 16 July (booking deadline 9 July)
• trip 4: Head of Ayr on 23 July (booking deadline 16 July).
