Barshaw Gala Day (Saturday 17 June)

Find out what is on at Barshaw Gala Day

Date: Saturday 17 June 2023

Time: 11am - 4pm

Venue: Barshaw Park, Paisley

Get summer off to a great start with a fun day out at Barshaw Gala Day. Bring along your friends and family and celebrate our fantastic local community.

Featuring live stage, fairground rides, games, local traders and bouncy inflatables, it's a great day out for all ages. Plus, the miniature railway will be running throughout the day, and there will be a model boat competition on the newly refurbished pond.

Barshaw Gala Day is a great excuse to get together, have some fun with the wee ones, and make the most of one of Paisley's best parks.

Volunteer to help at major events

For each event, we need volunteers to help us out. There are lots of different roles for our events volunteers.

Volunteering is a great way to get skills and experience in working at major events. It's also a great way of getting out and about, meeting new and like-minded people, and making a valuable contribution to your community.

Send an email to Valerija Tkacenko, our Event Coordinator, at eventsvolunteers@renfrewshire.gov.uk if you'd like to volunteer.
