Corporate Procurement Unit

The Renfrewshire Council Corporate Procurement Unit comprises of a centrally based team within Renfrewshire House.

Procurement professionals are managed by the Interim Corporate Procurement Manager. The Corporate Procurement Team has adopted a Category Management Approach, providing specialist knowledge, expertise and support to Council services across Children Services, Environment, Housing & Infrastructure and Finance and Resources.

Christine McCourt - Head of Finance and Procurement
Christine leads the Corporate Procurement Unit. 

Laura Gillan - Corporate Procurement Manager (Interim)
Laura is the interim Corporate Procurement Manager, responsible for the leadership and management of the Council's Corporate Procurement Team, ensuring the Council uses sound contractual and commercial arrangements and maximises the value procurement can play in supporting the Council's financial, community, economic, social and environmental objectives.

Joanna Tannock - Strategic Category Manager (Interim)

Joanna is the interim Strategic Category Manager leading and managing the procurement of works, goods and services for Housing Services including delivery of the Housing Regeneration and Renewal Programme, Regeneration, Events and the Councils Property Services department providing professional and commercial advice and strategic direction for procurement.

Adult Services, Children's Services, Chief Executives, Finance and Resources and Leisure Services

Alexandra Donaldson - Strategic Category Manager

Alexandra manages the procurement of all third party goods and services within the specialised category of Social Work and Education, Corporate Services and Leisure Services. She provides professional procurement advice and high level strategic direction in the development and implementation of specific procurement strategies, in order to obtain maximum value for money and sustainable cost reductions.

Graeme Beattie - Strategic Category Manager

Graeme leads and manages the procurement of works, goods and services for the Environment, Housing & Infrastructure department, providing professional and commercial advice and strategic direction for the procurement of lighting, place & assets, street scene, waste services, transport & roads and Soft & Hard Facilities Management.

City Deal and Infrastructure

Rebecca Park - Strategic Category Manager
Rebecca is responsible for the procurement of goods, services and works for the Council's City Deal and Infrastructure Project team. Her remit includes the Glasgow City Region City Deal projects, cultural infrastructure programme including the Paisley Museum Re-imagined and the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District (AMIDS) District Heating Network and Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District Scotland (AMIDS) South Project.
