Location and head of centre 

Dargavel Early Learning and Childcare Centre is on Aberlady Way in Dargavel Village, Bishopton. 

The head of centre is Jacqueline Rankin.

This nursery accepts children aged 3 to 5 years old. 

Placement options 

Term time placement 

6 hours a day, 5 days a week during term time. 

Morning or afternoon placement 

5 hrs a day between 8am and 6pm, for up to 48 weeks in the year. 

Extended day placement 

Up to 10 hrs a day between 8am and 6pm, for up to 48 weeks in the year. 

Blended placement 

Split placement between two different types of early learning and childcare, such as between a nursery and childminder. The hours available will be 1,140 hours in total. 

Nursery extension 

We are keeping parents and carers updated on progress to extend the nursery and how we are addressing capacity for pupils in the Dargavel Primary School catchment area.
