Welcome to Microsoft 365 Learning, a learning portal to help you build your digital skills. It's designed to support you in making the most of all the products that come as part of Microsoft 365. The bite-size lessons will support with whatever you need to do right now.

Here at Renfrewshire Council, you'll find Microsoft 365 Learning under the Learn jigsaw puzzle piece icon within Microsoft Teams.

This is the home screen and to access most of the learning, select Microsoft 365 training in the box above.

So as you look down this page, you can see that there's different types of information here. Training to help you get started with Microsoft 365 and scenarios to support you in specific situations, for example when you are working remotely or to help you collaborate more easily with all the people that you work with every day.

As you scroll down the page, you can see that you can also find content by a particular Microsoft product, like Outlook.

To search for information, use the magnifying glass icon and type in a search term, for example, Outlook calendar. Or to search for something more specific such as how to insert a table into a document.

This will return results for playlists of related resources grouped by a particular subject or, on the assets tab, individual resources from different playlists.

To see everything in a playlist use the down arrow on the menu to jump to different assets.

Use previous and next buttons to move back and forward through the playlist.

If you want to share a particular asset with someone else, you have the option to share the link. Use the chain link icon, to the right of the magnifying glass and press the green copy button. You can then paste the link into a Teams chat, an email or any other programme.

Or if you want to share a link to the Microsoft 365 Learning site itself, use the Send to option on the top left. You can send a link in an email or post to Yammer.

And when you want to Return to the Microsoft 365 Learning home page, select the Home link or the tab called Training Portal at the top of the screen.

Use the Ask questions and get help option on the home page to access the help page
