If they are in urgent housing need, call our emergency homelessness service on 0800 121 4466.
Advise them to contact us
You can advise the person in need to come and see us for a full homeless assessment.
From this assessment, the person may be offered temporary accommodation and/or housing support services.
Get in touch with us on their behalf
If you are concerned about someone sleeping out, phone 0300 300 1203 and speak to a housing adviser who can you give you advice about what is available.
Other organisations that may be able to help
Organisations, such as local churches, may be able to provide help by providing free food.
