Council tenant satisfaction phone survey

Find out about the satisfaction survey we are carrying out with our council tenants during April and May 2024.

We are currently carrying out satisfaction phone surveys with our council tenants.

If you receive a phone call from independent research company Research Resource, this is on behalf of us.

When you may receive a phone survey

Phone calls are being made in April and May 2024. Calls will be made during the day, including at weekends.

No-one will visit your home to complete the survey.

All the information you provide is strictly confidential.

Callers will not request any banking details or personal financial information during the survey.

The survey phone call takes around 20 minutes to complete.

We use the feedback to identify areas for improvement and are required to report to the Scottish Housing Regulator.
