We work together to provide the health and care needs of patients and service users, so that you get the right care and support at the right time.
Examples of the services include:
- Community Health services (such as District Nursing, Health Visiting, Mental Health, Health Improvement and Learning Disability Services).
- Contracted Health Services (GPs, Pharmacies, Dentists and Optometrists).
- all adult social care services (such as adult social work, Care at Home services, Care Homes, Occupational Therapy, Domestic Violence).
- elements of Housing services such as aids and adaptations, and Gardening Assistance.
- aspects of Acute services in hospitals relating to unscheduled care.
The main decision-making body for the Renfrewshire HSCP is the Integration Joint Board (IJB). This Board is responsible for the operational oversight of Renfrewshire HSCP.
