About our development
These homes are in a range of sizes with one-bedroom and two-bedroom cottage flats, two-bedroom and three-bedroom houses as well as a small number of four-bedroom houses.
We have also built two-bedroom amenity flats suited to meet the needs of older people and people with mobility needs. These homes offer accommodation over one level, with lowered light switches, raised electrical sockets, easy to use taps and shower controls, secure door entry system, a lift to the first and second floors and other features to assist daily living.
All the homes are let, with the final tenants moving into their new homes in October 2020.
