If your bed is in poor condition please take it to your nearest recycling site for disposal. If you are unable to do this you can also book a special uplift.

If the bed in reasonable good condition and as a fire label why not consider one of the following:

ask family or friends if they would like the item(s)
sell locally at car boot, nearly new and bring and buy sales
put an ad in your local newspaper or shop window
pass on items for free at places such as freecycle and freegle
sell them on websites like eBay, Gumtree and Preloved
charity shop
