Use our RenTalks platform to engage, learn and connect with colleagues

Share your project, grow your network and raise awareness by hosting your own RenTalks session online.

RenTalks - Learning for Life Whether you're looking to promote best practice, influence attitudes and perceptions, raise awareness, or simply grow your network, hosting a RenTalk session can be helpful.

Perhaps you're working on a project and want to make new contacts, start collaborating and ask colleagues for feedback. With RenTalks, you'll have the opportunity to share knowledge, showcase your expertise and build a positive profile for your team and the work you do.

RenTalks are virtual learning sessions on Microsoft Teams, that bring colleagues key insights from different people across the organisation and our partners. These friendly events last anywhere from around 45-90 minutes giving attendees time to learn, interact and ask questions.

They're quick and easy to create and our internal comms team will help you develop an impactful session that meets your objectives, reaches your audience and delivers the impact and insights you need.

Colleagues who attend RenTalks consistently give excellent feedback and repeatedly tell us they have learned something new and would recommend RenTalks to a colleague.  Heres' what they told us:

"Good presentations, full of info, always nice to understand what expertise there is in other areas of the council."

"Very informative with good questions and answers."

"The talk was excellent, a good foundation for informing everyone and for future participation."

Those hosting a session have noticed a marked increase in colleague awareness about their topic, together with new connections, ideas, and opportunities.

It's a win-win for everyone!

If you've got something to share, like information about a project you are working on or info and tips that colleagues could find useful, let us know by completing this form and we'll help you develop and promote your own RenTalks session.
