Amazon Purchases (PCard) - Renfrewshire Council Amazon Business Account
The Council has set up an Amazon Business Account which will take affect on Monday 2 October 2023.
The new platform simplifies your purchasing process and allows you to take advantage of Amazon's wide product selection and competitive prices. The platform also provides enhanced reporting and visibility on all purchases.
What does this mean?
All Council Procurement Card (PCard) holders will receive an invitation from No Reply Amazon for Business noreply@amazon.co.uk on Monday 2 October 2023. All PCard holders should accept this invitation when received.

Even if you don't have a purchase to make today, please still activate your login, as you will be setup for future purchases.
Once the invitation is accepted the PCard holder along with details of the card will then be added to the Council's Amazon Business Account.
All registered PCards will automatically have 'Prime' delivery at no extra cost. If you have already purchased 'Prime' for delivery for the Financial Year 23/24 you will be reimbursed on a pro rata basis.
Note: if you subscribe to Amazon Video or Amazon music/mp3 - then please get in touch prior to Monday 2 October 2023.
