Get set for new RenTalks sessions this Autumn
Read about our upcoming RenTalks exploring our council traineeship programme and supporting our colleagues with menopause
RenTalks are a great way to learn more about the council and what we do. They're perfect for helping you build connections with your colleagues across our organisation and get the most out of working here.
Don't miss your opportunity to join the upcoming interactive sessions about our council traineeship programme and supporting colleagues with menopause.
The sessions will take place on Microsoft Teams and if you have a council email address, invitations sessions will be sent directly to you.
If you don't have a council email address, don't worry, we can send invites to your personal email account too. Just send an email to internalcommunications@renfrewshire.gov.uk and let us know which sessions you are interested in.
Here's what's coming up:

Men - Let's talk menopause
A RenTalk session primarily for our male colleagues - Tuesday 24 October at 10am
We have had a great response to the work we're doing to support menopause and our colleague and managers' RenTalks sessions have been very well received. In response to your feedback, we have designed a new session primarily for our male colleagues to help them gain an understanding of menopause, ask questions, and increase their awareness of the support available to colleagues, friends and family who may be experiencing this stage of life. We're inviting questions in advance for this session, as well as on the day, please contact Fiona.sinclair@renfrewshire.gov.uk to find out more.
Are you interested in hosting a RenTalk session?
As well as the great benefits of coming along to take part in RenTalks, hosting your own session is a great opportunity to reach out to your colleagues and educate more people about what you and your team do.
