If you're keen to continue your learning, achieve your goals and try new innovative ways of working, check out our handy online guide for employee learning and development.

The guide can help you discover courses on our iLearn platform. With everything from cyber security to communications skills and taking care of your wellbeing, there's loads to learn. And while most of our iLearn courses are voluntary, don't forget to complete the mandatory ones if you haven't already! To see your progress on iLearn, go to My Learning Pathways and select Reopen to refresh your mandatory course list.

You can also use the guide to see what training sessions and workshops are scheduled and what's available on demand.

What's coming up

If you could use some help getting to know Microsoft Excel or want to brush up on other aspects of your digital skills, don't miss your chance to take part in:

• Microsoft Excel beginner and intermediate course

If you are a line manager, you might find the workshops between August and December helpful:

• Recruitment and selection
• Managing discipline and grievance

There's also a range of other training opportunities available, covering topics like

Applying and preparation

iLearn courses are ready and waiting for you to complete any time.

To book a training session or workshop, first check with your line manager, then register your interest by completing the course nomination form. 

If you're interested in a course that doesn't have a confirmed date, you can register your interest and add your name to the waiting list by completing the nomination form.

Some sessions require you to complete an iLearn module before you can register. In these cases, you should do this before submitting your nomination form.
