Almost 1300, or 15% of colleagues from across the organisation completed the survey, telling us what it's like to work at Renfrewshire Council.

Everything that you've told us will remain anonymous, and will help to shape our priorities for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion over the next few years.

As you'll be aware we partnered with Inclusive Employers, an external company who specialise in supporting organisations like ours to become truly inclusive. They will analyse all the results and we'll receive a report telling us how you feel about Equality, Diversity & Inclusion at Renfrewshire Council.

We'll share these results with you as soon as we can and will use them to develop an action plan to ensure that we create the best environment for everyone, so please watch this space.
