Annual Leave increase
Details of additional day of annual leave, where to view and who is eligible.
We are pleased to advise that the extra annual leave day, from leave year January to December 2022 and in line with the 2022/23 Pay Settlement, has now been added to your overall leave entitlements within the ERP (Business World).
You will be able to view this in your Absences / Balance overview and then within your overall entitlement. As this is an annual leave day, it will be applied in the normal manner, based on your start date, working pattern, etc. and therefore may be pro-rated.
For colleagues who started with us after November 1 2022, there will be no entitlement to the extra annual leave day for 2022, however the extra annual leave day has already been applied for the current 2023 leave year and will be automatically applied to future leave entitlements.
Any queries should be directed to HRpolicy@renfrewshire.gov.uk.
