Residents invited to share their views on shaping the future of Castle Semple
Local residents and businesses are being invited to share their views on the tourism potential of Castle Semple Country Park in Lochwinnoch.
A drop-in event will be held at Castle Semple Visitor Centre on Thursday 23 February from 2pm - 7pm to allow local residents to meet with representatives from Renfrewshire Council to discuss their ambitions for the park, its tourism potential and opportunities for the future.
Attendees will be asked to consider their hopes for the future of the park and the wider area. The views gathered from the event will be used to help shape the longer-term vision for the park.
Castle Semple Country Park has been identified as a key location for attracting visitors to Renfrewshire and has the potential to create a regional destination offering quality rural experiences for the benefit of the wider area.
Anyone unable to attend in person will have the opportunity to share their views online from Thursday 23 February until 23 March by visiting: www.ironsidefarrar.com/castlesemple.html.
