Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) strategic plan, Shaping Our Future 2022 to 2025, focuses on prevention and early intervention under key themes. These include the healthier futures theme which highlights commitment to continue to work with partners in Renfrewshire to contribute to reducing child poverty locally by detailing actions we continue to work and report on.
