Renfrewshire Council

Council statement re Scottish Parliament election postal voting

We were made aware on Friday a number of postal voting packs had not been delivered by our printing and distribution contractor to some of our constituents.

We are very sorry for the delay in the arrival of these packs. We took immediate action to hand deliver just over 400 postal packs using our own council employees over the weekend and would urge people to ensure their packs are returned as soon as possible so they are received by Thursday.

If anyone has requested a postal voting pack and has yet to receive it, we would please ask them to contact our council staff by either phoning 0141 618 2300 during office hours, or by email via Election-office@renfrewshire.gov.uk.

We are working closely with our contractor to address these issues and ensure all postal voting packs are received.
