Contacting Support Team

Business World is now available on the ICT Self Service Portal. This means that all employees who have a network log in should now log all calls via this method. By using the self-service portal calls are logged automatically, enabling the support team to allocate requests quickly. You can also use the portal to  view the progress of your requests and update calls as appropriate.

Employees who do not have network access should continue to contact the support team via email: or by calling 0141 618 3500.
