There are no changes to your refuse or recycling collections over the holiday weekends. Your bins will be collected on their usual day.
Please present your bin by 7am on the day of collection.
Textile recycling
From Monday 18 March 2013, we have been operating a new and improved textile recycling service.

We aim to provide a high quality service to our residential customers. However, sometimes things can go wrong. This table shows any service issues that have arisen with our waste collections.

If your bin hasn't been collected on your collection date, there are a number of other possible reasons:
- We've missed your bin.
- Your bin wasn't at the collection point by 7.00am.
- Your bin had unsuitable items in it.
If we did not uplift your bin because you have incorrect items in it, please remove these items and present on your next collection day for that colour of bin.

Please remember that collections take place between 7am and right up to 6.30pm.
Alternatively, you can take waste to one of the household waste recycling centres.

Household waste recycling centres are operating normal summer opening hours.
