If you are having a baby, you may be entitled to a Sure Start Maternity Grant.

You can make a claim from 11 weeks before your baby is due, and up until 3 months after your baby is born.

Forms are available from your local Job Centre, antenatal clinic or by phoning 0141 847 4000. A section of the form will have to be completed by your GP or midwife.
