- represented people at 897 tribunals
- raised an extra £2,297,657.18 for local people through appeal tribunals
- helped local people receive £3,778,292 in new benefit claims
- helped people in Renfrewshire manage debts totalling £11.7m
- raised an extra £517,157 for people receiving home care
- helped people in Renfrewshire manage debts totalling £332,013.24
- helped local people receive £1,785,580.73 through new claims for benefits and appeals against decisions on benefits
- worked with lenders to write off £20,820.79
- helped local people receive £321,598 through new claims for benefits
- helped local people receive £74,005.34 through new claims for benefits
