Renfrewshire residents can now access our free and confidential service, offering advice on benefit entitlement, assisting clients to apply for benefits, appealing benefit decisions and representation at tribunals. We also offer a debt counselling service. Staff at Advice Works can calculate if you are entitled to help with a range of benefits or tax credits.

Alternatively you can contact the Advice Works office for an appointment at any of our outreach locations.
- You can come into your local Advice Works office or phone for advice. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
- You can email a question to us using the email address below.
- You can use our online benefit calculator to see if you qualify for council tax and housing benefit.
- You can print off and complete a Benefit Check form and send it to your local Advice Works office. We will make a calculation based on the information you provided and write back to you with an answer.
