A dedicated telephone helpline has been set up for clients and staff from other services to contact advisers, request information and make referrals - 01505 381 055.

Opening times for the Advice Works service are Monday to Thursday, 8.45am - 4.45pm, and Friday, 8.45am - 3.00pm.
