Anchor Centre provides a service for adults with profound learning disabilities and complex needs. We are committed to providing a high quality service that is tailored to meet individuals assessed needs. To help us achieve this we have identified service pledges that let you know the standard of service you can expect from the Anchor Centre.
Our Pledge To You
We will try to respond to our customer needs in a timely, professional manner. We will aim to ensure that everyone is treated equally and with respect.
We will aim to :-
- Answer your telephone calls within 5 rings. We will greet you respectfully and identify ourselves and our service;
- If you call at the centre in person we will greet you respectfully and ask you to take a seat at reception. A worker will deal with your enquiry promptly and within 10 minutes;
- Where possible your enquiry will be dealt with by a named worker. If this is not possible we will give you the name of the worker we are passing your information to and we will request that they contact you as soon as possible;
- We will reply to you within 10 days if you write to us or email us;
- We will contact you by means that best suits your needs eg. telephone, letter, email or in person;
- We will make information on our service easily available to you;
- We will respond promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the council's complaints procedure, if you raise a complaint; and
- We will provide information on request on how to contact other day services or staff from Renfrewshire Learning Disabilities Service.
If you feel that we are failing to meet these standards please do not hesitate to let us know.
