The joint strategy sets out the context within which physical disability and sensory impairment services for people aged 16 – 65 are delivered within Renfrewshire; the vision for these services; and what the services intend to achieve over the next five years.
It has been developed under the partnership arrangements established between Renfrewshire Council and Renfrewshire Community Health Partnership and in conjunction with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
The Joint Strategy has been developed within the context of Renfrewshire Council’s Social Work Service Improvement Plan; Renfrewshire CHP Development Plan and the relevant outcomes of the Renfrewshire Single Outcome Agreement 2008 –2011.
