Calibre is a lending library of books recorded unabridged onto ordinary standard cassettes. Many of their books are also available on digital MP3 disks. The library contains over 7,000 titles of which 1,000 are suitable for children. The titles include both fiction and non-fiction. Their books are sent and returned free of charge under the Articles for the Blind scheme.
Membership of the library is for people who are not able to read ordinary print books and the library service is free.
