Flexicare - Children Activity Programmes

The Flexicare project supports children and young people with an autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) to get involved in social and leisure activities.
The following groups are held once per week and run for 2 hours. Supported by trained staff the groups follow a structured programme of activities.
Flexicare currently run 5 children's groups aimed to those who are diagnosed with an autistic spectrum disorder.
After School Club
This club is aimed at children aged 8 years - 13 years. The group participate in social and leisure activities including swimming, games, arts and crafts.
Anchor Gang
This club is aimed at children aged 10 years - 17 years. The group participate in social and leisure activities including sports nights - indoor/outdoor, dvd nights and music nights.
Children's Saturday Club
This club is aimed at children aged 5 years - 10 years. The group participate in social and leisure activities including indoor/outdoor camping, soft play and cinema (indoor).
Paisley Youth Club
This club is aimed at children aged 10 years - 17 years. The group participate in social and leisure activities including visits to the local sport centre, Police talks and outings to X-scape.
Teenage Social Group
This club is aimed at children aged 13 years - 18 years. The group participate in social and leisure activities including lazer quest, bowling and visits to the climbing centre.
The above groups provide one to one support for all members.
