Need help with claiming benefits or entitlements? Then call SeniorLine, Help the Aged's free telephone advice service. The service aims to promote independence by offering advice or information on a wide range of welfare rights issues. Their trained advice workers can help with issues such as:

SeniorLine is free, impartial and confidential and aims to enable as many callers as possible to take action for themselves. They also supply details of relevant local or national organisations that can help. When you call, you may be asked appropriate questions to make sure that we have all the relevant facts and can explore all the options available. There are some types of help that SeniorLine staff are unable to offer: Call SeniorLine from 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday, on 0808 800 6565 or email info@helptheaged.org.uk
