We liaise and work in partnership with numerous community agencies to provide a comprehensive service. We do this by providing; physical activity; self help; social and recreational groups; and a monthly carers group.
- Intensive Home Treatment Team (IHTT) - IHTT provide an alternative to in-patient hospital treatment for people who would otherwise be admitted. The team carry out an assessment and can support the patient at home for up to 3 weeks. By offering enhanced home support they can help arrange an early discharge from hospital.
