Renfrewshire Social Work Department regards carers as key partners when considering how best to help. In addition we regard it as essential to consult with carers regarding the care being offered.

Carers views and concerns can be expressed in a variety of ways, firstly to the social worker or care workers concerned with the individual you care for, then through regular reviews but also to local carers organisations and national organisations.
