Below are the standards of service you can expect from the Renfrewshire Intensive Support Service.

We will:

• meet with you to explain what we do within ten working days
• allocate an individual worker to act in a key worker role during your time with the service
• draw up a contract agreement with everyone involved so that everyone knows what is happening
• have regular reviews of this agreement every 4 to 6 weeks
• work with you and the family in partnership with other agencies and services involved
• provide support for as long as there is a need for the service
• try to ensure there are ongoing/appropriate supports or services available if they are needed when it is time to withdraw
• ask for comments and feedback about our service so that we can make improvements to the service
