Below are the standards of service you can expect from the Children with Disabilities Team:

• We will treat you politely and with respect.
  
• If your child is referred to us, we aim to assess their needs within six months.
  
• We will provide information in a format that meets your needs.
  
• We will regularly review your care plans.
  
• We will give you the advice and information you ask for.
  
• We will support developing and providing services which respond to the needs of children with disabilities.
  
• Whenever possible, we will involve you (whether you are a parent or carer) and your child in decisions which affect you.
  
• We will work with other agencies if this will allow you to receive a better service.
