If you live in the Renfrewshire area then Cancer and Palliative Care can help. Our service is free, confidential and professional. We provide surgeries throughout the area and also provide home visits should you not be able to manage along. We aim to support patients and their families through an already very difficult time to minimise the financial impact of ill-health and job loss through benefits and financial advice. We provide assistance with:

Benefit Advice, we can assist by:

• advising on entitlement to benefits
• maximising your income
• completing benefit checks
• assisting to complete forms
• lodging appeals against benefit decisions
• representing at tribunal hearings

Debt Advice, we can:

• negotiate with your creditors
• arrange affordable debt repayment
• give information on trust deeds and bankruptcy.
