There are a large number of benefits and tax credits available to people depending on particular circumstances like age, disability or the number of children they have.

At Advice Works, we can check you are receiving the correct amount and types of benefits and help you with claim forms.

To speak to an advisor about welfare rights issues or problems with debts, contact our helpline number on 01505 381055.

Alternatively, you can contact the Advice Works office for an appointment at any of our outreach locations.

Our web pages below give you information on the main benefits and tax credits we deal with, but we'll give advice on any kind of state benefits.

We operate drop-in services at various locations (no appointment needed). For details, follow the link to 'benefits and debt advice' under related content.

For more information or an appointment at any of our outreach locations, contact our main office for further help and advice:

Opening times for the Advice Works service are Monday to Thursday, 8.45am - 4.45pm, and Friday, 8.45am - 3.00pm
